Both while you are a member and after your account is terminated or cancelled, we may retain and use this data to improve and market our service, as well as our other products and services. This data cannot be used to identify you and you cannot be identified through further processing of this data.
You are responsible for all activities and content associated with your account. If you are using our service on behalf of your employer or another person or entity, you are responsible for verifying that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use our service and provide your content. We are not required to review your content or any associated terms and conditions.
You must be 13 years old or older to access or use our service. By signing up as a member or accessing or using our service, you represent and warrant that you (or the individual user if you are an entity) are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must have the explicit permission of your parent or guardian to use our service and must use an account established by your parent or guardian. Membership in and access to our website/platform is void where prohibited.

- Subscription Auto-billing: Your subscription to Innov8Agent is automatically renewed every 30 days from the date of your initial subscription unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically bill the payment method provided at the time of subscription for the recurring subscription fees.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee or prorated charges based on the timing and circumstances of cancellation. The cancellation fee or prorated charges will be determined at the discretion of Innov8Agent.
- No Refunds: Innov8Agent does not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period, including in the event of early cancellation. By subscribing to Innov8Agent, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Waiver of Claims: By using Innov8Agent and subscribing to our services, you waive any right to sue or request a refund for subscription fees paid. You acknowledge that Innov8Agent reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service, including subscription fees, at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to Terms: Innov8Agent reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of Innov8Agent after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
